Fixed Benefactor Radios Break on Restart

[MelonHeadzzz]

1. Bug: Self-explanatory; Benefactor Radios will work for a session until the nightly server restart, and after that point the radios break entirely.
2. Description: Place down a Benefactor Radio, turn it off, and then restart the server you're in. Come back to the radio, and you will find that you can't turn it on again.
3. Errors/time: No console errors.

Quick Edit: I managed to get a video and posted it on Streamable for you to look at.

Working on this. Has to do with the persistence code in the radios setting them to have an invalid class.
