Implemented Better Separation of Sticky & Normal Threads

Currently, aside from a tiny little grey icon, its impossible at a glance to distinguish between sticky and normal threads. Not the biggest deal in the world, but it sorta sucks ass and makes dumb people even more confused when they're trying to figure out what they're supposed to be looking at in your sub section. So here's my proposed improvement:

There are Xenforo addons that could do this, but I think implementing it manually shouldn't be too bad either as all sticky threads are already pinned to the top, so all that is required is the CSS change to highlight them.

Seems like an easy change so people can easily distinguish sticky threads at a glance. +Support
