The Biotic Sealing Act
Following the recent Bombings & destruction of City 24, Critical Infrastructure and Civil Workers Union Warehouse. And the Large Part of the Population being dead or Recruited inside Heartwick's Bulwark. Did the writer of this Legislation notice that Biotics weren't effect of the Cruelty the Humans were enduring in these dire times. They were, in fact, better of than us Humans. They knew how to Avoid rather than fight against the Antlions' Time to Remind them who THEY BELONG TOODear Citizens of City Twenty-Four and Dear Assembly
The Recent attacks on our City and our Civil Workers Union Warehouse have shown us again that the Unfaithful to our Union and the Doubtful to our Cause. Trying to stop us from achieving our Goal, Unification with our Benefactors!
Biotics across City 24 have proven that they are not worthy of our Trust, They attack our Civil Protection Officers & They, eat our Rations, and take our Jobs!
With this new legislation, I propose the following
-> Biotics all across City Twenty-Four UNDER TIER 2 - CONFORMITIVE - 40 COHESION POINTS shall no longer be recognized as Living Beings, but rather Objects that can be sold and bought by Tier 4 Loyalists and Above
-> The Ministry of Commerce may choose the value of each Biotic, depending on their Work ethic and their talents.
-> All Biotics shall be issued a Designation Number similar to their Collar Number from the MoC, So one person may know who this Biotic belongs too
-> Bought Biotics that get caught doing a Crime will result that the Owner of the Biotic receives the same Charge
-> Bought Biotics may also Use and benefit from the Owner's current Tier and Position.
-> Bought Biotics need to follow every Command & Order given by their new Owner and shall never deny them. Unless it is a crime.
