Summary

𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚-𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙛𝙞𝙖 is a grouping of manifold multi-ethnic (a consequence of the Combine’s globalization) affiliated-gangs united by socioeconomic class. Its 1st set—Sofia-17 (S-17)—name-changed to OutcastƵ-17 (OƵ-17)—was formed and founded in early-2002 —shortly after Combine occupation began—within the slums of City 17’s Industrial Sector by the native-Bulgarian brothers Aleksandar "Ace" Bogdanov and Georgi "Bruiser" Bogdanov. Its 2nd set, City 33's Brooklyn Blue-Gangsters, is long-defunct. City 24's 24 Les Pâquis Blue-suits, the 3rd 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚-𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙛𝙞𝙖-affiliated gang, is a street gang of low-Tier and impoverished Citizens, malignant Citizenry, and ex-𝘽Ƶ-17 and ex-Brooklyn-Blue Gangsters formed late-occupation—on July 16th, 2017—within the slums of Les Pâquis, Geneva, Europe (aka City 24). Influences on its structure are the American Mafia, and African American and Bulgarian street gangs, owing to its founders' and members' histories. The mutual motivations of self-preservation, material gain, and fidelity band the gang together. Ultimately, the 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚-𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙛𝙞𝙖 is a criminal melting pot.

Les Pâquis is a neighborhood located in City 24 (Geneva, Europe), within Pâquis, what was pre-war the hip market district which attracted a large tourist population in the Country. 𝐋𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐚̂𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬 specifically was infamous pre-war for being a red light district with a high petty crime rate. The Portal Storms exacerbated the crime rate of Les Pâquis due to resource scarcity, and consequently, post-war the area has transformed into City 24's most dangerous areas—volatile slums with a high crime-rate. A set of the Blue-suit Mafia grouping of affiliated-gangs, the 24 Les Pâquis Blue-suits, have staked territory in the neighborhood, and their graffiti/presence can be witnessed littered throughout it. Les Pâquis's population ranges from average to malignant Citizenry.

Hierarchy​

1. Blue-suit Mafia District Boss (Leadership)
The District Boss is the leader of the set. There can only be 1 at a time. They are responsible for determining what level of criminal activity the gang operates at and the gang's day-to-day activities. Normally they are an older, longtime-standing member of the gang with a ton of experience behind them. Their power is absolute.

2. Made Gangster (MGs)/Original Gangster (OGs):
Hardcore 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚-𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙛𝙞𝙖 members who are culturally and criminally involved in the gang and at are severe risk of being locked in it for life. Made Gangsters/OGs commit the most violent gang activities. There are no more than 3 Made Gangsters/OGs at a time.

3. Hitmen/Soldiers:
2-3 per OG: Soldiers are usually members who have personally committed themselves culturally and criminally to the gang, and are members of potential aspiring to achieve Made-/OG-status. Soldiers are "hardcore" killers, hitmen, and Loyalists to the gang, and like Made Gangsters/OGs are at severe risk of being locked in the gang for life.

4. Mafioso/Youngens:
2 per Soldier: Newly-recruited, recently moved-up members who focus on earning Tokens rather than violent criminal activities. However they are used often to kill &/or carry out violent criminal activities if a Soldier cannot do it, for some reason. Recruited upon receiving a 24-second jump-in.

5. Gonnabes:
Non-gang members Youngens use to earn Tokens. They show potential, and will eventually graduate into Youngens most likely. There is no limit of how many Gonnabes there can be at a time.

6. Wannabes:
Non-gang officials Youngens and Gonnabes used to make Tokens that show little to no promise: essentially people that are "blacklisted" from moving up—they can become Gonnabes if they show some serious work, however. But usually they are the low-rung, useful and disposable idiots of the 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚-𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙛𝙞𝙖. There is no limit of how many Wannabees there can be at a time.

7. Associates:
Non-gang associates of the Blue-suit Mafia, whether they aid the gang in their activities legally and/or illegally.

(8.) Hangarounds:
Non-gang affiliates who are fringe friends and/or associates that usually "hang around" with one of the more hard core members, and may or may not be wanna-be gang members. They may never be jumped in, or they could.

1. You give consent for leadership of 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚-𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙛𝙞𝙖 to PK your character for any reason, within reason and as long as the IC motivation is valid.

2. Meta-gaming will result in immediate expulsion from the faction; severe rule-breaking and/or mingy behavior will result in removal from the faction.

3. OOCly discussing the faction outside of the 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚-𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙛𝙞𝙖's channels is prohibited (this is to prevent meta-gaming).

3. If you die, while a member of the 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚-𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙛𝙞𝙖, you cannot rejoin on any characters. You essentially have 1 life within this faction.
