Been setting people as BOL today quite a bit, and while adding notes to show what their BOL's for, I noticed that it seemed to have automatically turned off. When going to check a BOL'd guy's old violations, I noticed it again. Not sure what's going on

I don't know how to reproduce this and can't find any errors concerning the code, so I can only say that someone might've removed the logs and the BOL to help their friends or whatever. I made it RL+ only to remove BOL and Anti-citizen logs now.
