There is some serious mashup with the information provided to or by the admins that we've been told about.
I'll give a brief summary of the events that led to this -
Asian girl got attacked by two men in the sewers.
Mirek went ahead with his stroll around the sewers only to find Brice with his hatchet raised up.
Mirek went ahead to have a look at what's going on, only to see the asian woman getting cornered by two men.
Mirek trying to defuse the situation by shouting at the men to stop attacking.
One of the attackers initiate TBC with melee weapon.
While in the middle of the chase. Bluerrey does /PM 'Run'

Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?: The Community, anyone that can proove that the ban reason is not valid.

I don't know who plays Gerard(@Tu and @Dingo8MyBud were involved.

Bluerrey: I am writting this appeal in a hurry because this made me absolutely furious.
I have been called a liar by Salvador trough steam when trying to clear this up, like I'm some sort of a minge player who doesn't have the most spent hours played on the server from the whole gametracker. Me who always checks everything with staff and only ever had a slight problem with only admin Robert because of his strange decisions that I've even spoke to him about. It's so disingenuous to hear anything like this at me when all I have done is play for the benefit of the server.

How is that metagame when she already knew ICly to run?
I know they have a recording of me walking down the sewers. But I was on my loot run. I did not have any prior OOC messages with the asian, I did not have the player even added on the steam and I barely even use OOC sites like discord
Why. Just why would I lie. When it was between 2 characters that my own character had absolutely no interest in. My own gang had declared Neutrality in the fight between the two
How is it against the rules to be a random bystander in the sewers"



I have not even seen the recording yet. But I know that people have got suspicious of me because I ran trough the sewers:
- I always run trough the sewers no matter what is going on. Sewers are not place for RP and I have a 2 specific sewers looting route that I always take unless there's RP going on to loot for trash.

I got told that I metagamed with the person getting attacked:
Despite me not even having been steam friended with the person only AFTER the whole situation was over and after the attackers had flagged off I have been sent friend invite.
I don't ever use discord nor have this person added over discord. You can ask @Mulky or literally any other person who can conform I barely use OOC sites at all.

Logs can prove the metagame did not took place:
The turn of events can clearly signalise that the metagame did not took place.
Firstly, a verbal request has happened from Mirek asking the attackers to stop the assault. Then TBC had initiated, then Mirek yelling "Don't!" and then me doing the /PM to run. Logs can proove this if they are correct. Search for the logs of the EXACT time spam of the events. When the TBC had started. WHen the verbal warning has been given. And when the PM was done!

Another information: The asian woman is not even part of my gang according to what I have been told that admins think. The Bottlestreet has neutral relationship with both the asian woman and Brice or whatever his name was.

This is @bond writing I'd to state that me and Bluerrey's resistance group or discord don't have any relations unlike the person who made the report says and also person who made the report states that they have valid reason for PK my character. I'd like them to show me screenshoots they keep mentioning about.

Not a lot to add, I would add the video but like I told bluerey it contains sensitive information I'm not allowed to share. But so long as you can see the only two logs that really matter with the exact time they were sent and they're locations. You can see below that the TBC starts and 28 seconds later Bluerey /PMs Bond telling them to Run, which they do. There are no logs for when a player starts to sprint and the video doesn't show bluerey at the time of the player running, regardless of whether you telling them to run is the reason they ran is beside the point, you(Bluerey) still attempted to metagame/metabait even if it had no actual effect.

I'd like to say sorry to bond for the ban, I should not have banned you for something someone else said I assumed that you ran because of what they said but I can't prove that and if I was in the same situation I would have ran as well. I want to ask which ever CM makes a decision to unban Bond.

As for bluerey the intent to Metagame/metabait is clear as day, you /pmed them with the intent to influence their ic decision through ooc means whether it was successful or not, whether you were too slow a typer or not, doesn't actually change the fact you did it. In my opinion Bluerey should remain banned for the duration of the week.

The video also shows you body blocking those that were chasing Bonds character, by sitting on the ladder outside of tbc without any kind of /me, this is called powergame and is also against the rules and it's something I would have added to the warn if I hadn't forgotten. But I'm willing to let that slide seeing as I can't actually show the video that shows you doing this.

I don't mean to sound like dick when I tell you to make an appeal. Dealing with these things on forums is far easier than over discord/steam or dming the highest ranking admin you think you can get to undo something you don't like, in this case a pretty clear cut case of metabait/metagaming. It's better to do it all on the forums with all the information there for the admins involved and the CMs that have to make a decision with.

I don't really care how long you've played on the server or how valuable a player YOU THINK you are, that does not give you a free pass to break some pretty simple server rules.

I feel like the video and the PM is more than enough proof. I was the overseeing staff member at the time, and I immediately smelled something fishy, hence why I saved the recording.

- How is it a metagame/metabait to inform someone of what they already know. If I get stabbed in the gut by two people I dont need someone to PM me to run for me to know to run. No I did not intend to metagame at all, I tried to RP with them but clearly the two know nothing more than to S2K/TBC with their melee weapons. I tried to engage in RP with them 2 TIMES and nothing had worked. The woman even complained that the TBC had started without her seeing the /Me of the attacker.

- I have never in my life said that Im except me from any server rules, the only point I have tried to make with it is that WHY. Why would I lie about something like this when I had literally nothing to gain from any of this situation, Both Chua and Bruice are neutral in the fight to me. What would I possibly gain from doing this on purpose.The fact that Im 1st most active player on the server was meant to be my defense to the fact to prove you that I am not some sort of minge.

How is that in any shape or form a metagame when you already know IC to run even without having to be told in PMs?Just imagine this - Your character is sent to Nova Prospekt, you get stalkerized and you and my character know about it, you are in a middle of getting stalkerized when I PM you "You are getting stalkerized lol"

The group meeting was investigated after the PM situation and here are some logs showing that Xah provided the IC knowledge of Noriko. Xah is played by @Fedora
