Booile recently banned me because he thinks I'm some guy he banned a while ago and I'm using an alt. His evidence for his claims were "you type like him" and he was asking for personal information to verify my identity. I am a minor so I didn't really want to give him much but i gave him my main account info because I was using a family shared account because my brother uses the main one. Anyway he then banned me after he gave no evidence, he said "your account is private" and yes it was because I don't like people to see all my information online because again I'm a minor. He then banned me for being someone by the name of "tapout". Someone with judicial power should always follow "innocent until proven guilty" for he was doing the opposite and permanently banned me from my favorite server. The admins need some kind of training and they need to understand they have responsibility when they have judicial power

Just going to throw in my two cents. Your account is mere days old. Funny. You don't even have your Steam account fully set-up. You do not own Garry's Mod, but play the game via family sharing. Fair enough, okay. I get that. Still does set off some alarms.

We did some tracking and nearly everything sets off alt-account alarms. Notably because of the family sharing, but especially considering the time you started playing. I believe you started playing days? after Tapout got banned. The reason booile banned you was because you were being investigated for something else, I believe. They noticed your speech pattern is nearly identical. So they hit you with a ban.

That's all I know about this. Booile is free to add more to this, since I wasn't really involved.

Then this while I was doing an admin sit with you because you stole items from a hidden base. The way you speak is almost exactly like Tapout, or at least someone of his persuasion. Tapout's excuses was "Admins need to always be professional", and is similar in nature to his long winded appeals / complaints.

This is another big indicator of possible alting; considering you already admitted you've alted before to bypass bans on another server, its not a big stretch to assume you also alted on this server to bypass a ban.

This is the account you stated you were using to family share with; private with no recent names. This contradicts another statement you made:

You state you've been playing for years, yet your accounts are either too young or privated, so its hard to confirm your statements as true. And you yourself stated you have at least 4 other accounts (this one and 4 others equaling 5) that you use, yet refuse to provide which ones these are. You ALSO state you love this server and such and that this is the first time you've played HL2RP, yet you have only played for a couple days at most but know how to use the TBC system as you did a mugging earlier, you also know how to /me, how to use a chardesc properly, and how to use LOOC and OOC properly.

This is why I permabanned you; it was not off a "whim"; I fully investigated everything I could based on what I could find or was given and concluded you are using an alt of some kind. The only thing that can change this verdict is if a CM with IP access can post all their evidence on their side to ensure you aren't an alt, just to clear up this thread. Ive seen some of it but I want to ensure higher staff give their opinion.

You had no evidence just suspicion 2 totally different things. I could prove it to you that I'm not him if you just tell me how.

ok so, I'm like 80% sure the voice isn't his.
It's definitely got some of the drpepper flavours, although the voice I heard wasn't drpepper's unmodified voice
I'm mainly sceptical because drpepper did the yager shit where he genuinely convinced people (me) that he was a kid. This would be harder to fake than what he did with yager. anyway, 80% it's not him.

This isn't a serious complaint. This is a senior admin doing his job correctly. Swagile was well within his rights as an administrator to perform an action like this, given your weird and inconsistent behaviour as a player. I genuinely don't know how inconspicuous this may look to you Vikstar, but to us (Staff) it's like trying to hide yourself by throwing a lamp shade on your head and standing in the corner of the room. Then when you're called out for your weird behaviour, you openly admit to hiding elsewhere but this time it's totally different. I'm not even going to consider this appeal. I will echo what I will say in your ban appeal here too.

You have given us so far:-

  1. Confirmed that you've alted previously on other communities to evade bans.
  2. Currently have 4-5 Steam Accounts in your possession (Some being recently created.)
  3. Inconsistencies with your experience, namely that you are capable of using Willard's systems much like any other acclimated player while attesting you are a fresh face to both HL2RP/Willard.
  4. Claim Willard as your favourite server, yet you've had no other presence in our Discord or on the forums until recently when you were found out.
  5. Other members have reported your behaviour to being very similar to or closely related to other members of the community that have been permanently removed.
At this point, even if that last point isn't true and you're genuinely someone else: You've admitted to or willingly given us enough information to just throw the book at you all over again. Honestly, this is starting to feel like a purposeful waste of time - So I'm closing this complaint and your ban appeal. Until you can prove your identity with a main account at Willard (Forums), you will remain unable to play on this server. Have a good day.
