BACKSTORY
Boris Samey was born in Moscow in 1920, his mother was leave him and his father not wanting the child, his father dealing with depression from world war 1 and the failure of the Japanese conflict, and 3 years later on going on with the Russian revolution. He really only had his brother, Nebezizy, who was born in 1917, he'd be 101 now.
Boris Samey was a simple boy, who liked to play in the city streets with friends, while his brother was big into hunting, Boris was more of a city boy, rather then a outdoors wilderness person, he did decent in schooling, owning one of Lenin's books of the communist manifesto.
In 1939 he joined the Russian army with his father, where his brother would follow with there path. Nebezizy joined the Navy. He was a little late on joining the army however, has Poland had already been taken before he could complete his training, his father told him all about it. He was not sure what to think with the Nazi regime owning the other side of Poland, along with Warsaw.
And then the almost unsurprising thing happened. On June 22 1941, the Nazi's invaded the Soviet Union. Boris thought they couldn't do much, believing the Russians could take down the Germans a lot better then the White army controlled by the Tsar. But was he so wrong.. Little did he know the Russians were ill equip, not ready for such a force from both German panzers and the Luftwaffe. They were pushed back very fast back to there lines all the way to the capital and probably the bloodiest battle in the war. Stalingrad. Boris found himself in a city he had never been before, he wanted to defend Moscow, but he simply could not go there. And with the death of his father, he wanted to defend his home city. But nonetheless, the Russian winters came in, and the back bone of the Nazi's were shown.
With Operation Uranus cutting off the 6th German armies supplies off, the battle was a clear victory. And a mass push began against the Nazi regime, all the way from Moscow, to Warsaw, to Berlin. Boris had done it, he had defended his nation, and even got to go see Europe a bit.
But his story does not end there however, you see he lived off of war. It was almost like a therapy to him, he wanted to continue his fathers path.
With all the war over, he heard of the Chinese Civil War against the Republic of China. He would later volunteer to go help them in the battle, which he was able to do. Joining the rebels to fight for the one thing he truely believed in the most. Lenin's manifesto. All though the Chinese Civil War was short for Boris, he did not see to much combat, and was mainly training Chinese troops how to use weapons.
He would later join in on the Korean war, he was a tanker in the war, and in fact, majority of the wars he was in, he was a tanker. Both driving one, and literally being a tank.
The korean war would last short for him, only lasting 2 years for him after he got injured by a American sniper in Pyongyang. He was sent back to Russia to get treatment, he would go to Italy in 54 as a vacation against everything that had happened, but after hearing about the Romanian Anti Communist Movement after his return in 55, he signed up back for war and was ready to go and take on the traitors of the Soviet Union. The war lasted a lot longer for him, as he was in combat for a huge majority of it. Having a confirmed kill count of 121, but estimate is probably more, considering most kills must be confirmed via a officer on the scene, or if it is sure the shell had killed whoever it shot at.
His final war would be the Soviet Afghan war against the Mujahadeen. He again did not see to much combat in the war, and this time he was not a tanker. The war lasted short for him after a injury from a enemy insurgent firing at him, hitting him 5 times in the chest, twice in the legs. He would recover from his injuries just 2 months after the war had ended, vowing he'd go back and kill every single Insurgent there, saddened he could not go back. He would finally retire from service.
Then the 2000's came around with the 7 hour war. All be Boris would've defended his country, he knew fighting the combine would be absolute suicide, he knew the Russian army stood no chance against them. He attempted to retrieve his medals from his house, but it had gotten blown up. The medals he owned are now lost in time, but the stories he can tell will live on.
