Name of the Admin you were banned by: NIXeighteen
How long is the ban for?: 7 days (11.V - 18.V)
The reason you were banned?: Toxicity towards CPs OOC (Idk if IC also counts) and making the same character after dying.
Why do you wish to be unbanned?: After getting warned about the toxicity towards CPs, which I will admit was too much (considering CPs are rude IC and OOC very often) even to my tastes. However, the one I got banned for was "tin can dummy" like, that is not even rude, it's TAME. But I guess it's still kind of rude? Also, the "making the same character". A different admin changed my name (Idk if it was NIX) and I use this one, and I won't use same names on other characters forward (now that I know it's not allowed) however he still mentioned it in the ban, despite the fact that this character doesn't have the same name or look. Maybe some things in the description were similar, but nothing 1:1.
Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?: None, didn't take any screenshots and such, as nothing would help out eitherway.

Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?: None.

I did change your name after you had recreated it from your very first character. Sean McCarren was your replacement. On the ban day, I got notified that Sean McCarren was amputated while I still saw you running around with that character.

Sean wasn't amputated though, I wasn't killed or didn't die at all since I got that new name, I have no clue who told you that.
Besides if I did die, I wouldn't look the same even if I'd choose the same name, but look wouldn't be 1:1. It's the same character you changed name of, he wasn't amputated because well, I'd know.

I have looked over the evidence, and especially focused on the LOOC toxicity.

The logs I have seen and the evidence brought forward has led me to deny this appeal.

Please take this week to chill out, read the NLR rules, and also think about how you speak to people in LOOC. You cannot have more than one character with the same name, no matter the appearance.

May I remind you that insulting people, telling them to get terminal cancer, and more in LOOC is strictly against our rules, and if we see this again you will be banned for longer. Thank you.
