Breaking in to Rollenspiel

Howdy! I see some familiar faces around here and a whole boatload of new ones as well. For those who don't know me and for those who certainly don't remember me (who the fuck is this guy?), I'm Essence. I started GMOD Serious RP'ing roughly nine or ten years ago back when LemonPunch was still a thing that existed. Been with the Nebulous community ever since, though I stopped GMOD roleplaying and took a long hiatus three years ago due to life and school.

I'm an American , lived most of my life on the East-Coast and the DMV though now I can officially say that I am a Midwesterner (where are the fucking mountains out here? Not even hills? Jesus, talk about flyover country). Wanted to find another community to ingratiate myself with and hopefully make some new friends to tell good stories with!

A lot of my hobbies deal with tabletop gaming, graphic art design (though mostly photomanipulation, I do like using AI tools to augment some of my work though, but it's all for personal recreation only), and being physically active (being in the military kinda demands that I do ). Video gaming most obviously is a biggie with me, I mainly like horror, strategy, and roleplaying games.
