For €600 it should be possible to get a laptop with a Ryzen 5 4500U, which is quite decent and about 20% faster than the Ryzen 7 3700U from the previous gen. The 4500U might be somewhat weaker on the GPU-side though, not many benchmarks yet that I can find in my 2 seconds of google.

Likely will end up with 8GB of RAM, 256/512GB SSD, some 14/15" depending on preference.

Ryzen 3xxx laptops might get some good discounts with Black Friday/Cyber Monday to clean out the old inventory now that the 4xxx series are here.

Wouldn't really call any of these gaming laptops, as they only have an iGPU. Ryzen does have at least a decent iGPU though that doens't run like a potato...
