VICTOR-0 - THE REAL ONE:
My introduction to Zero has been brief, upon my arrival in the night he was the only Officer on the shift alongside another. After a brief conversation, and training session. He extended me an invitation to his Squad, the VICTOR Squad. I had my doubts... Certainly, they were proven to be wrong as the short amount of days I have been here now passed.
I look to Zero as not just another colleague or leader, but as a person of trust whom I can rely upon to act logically and calmly. A trait only a true leader possesses. For many whispers in the dark proclaim him to be a 'false shepherd', fools-- I tell you. This man is worth more than a handful of the other Rank Leaders, as proven already.

LINE-8 - CONSPIRACY THEORIST:
I must admit, Line Eight is a rather amusing fellow, at least in my personal opinion he is... As many do not seem to share the same opinion. I for one quite enjoy his harmless antics, that is, when they are indeed actually harmless. Gives the whole world around here a change of pace. And I sure do love causing a bit of mischief myself... From the 'deep state lizzard people' to the pigeons being controlled by the former George W. Bush - simply fantastic.

It is, in my opinion, those that talk too much that I am naturally not fond of - now, I know that Jury Five may just be attempting to perform their best given their rank. But alas, to be frank, and real; I fucking hate it. Blaring orders left and right to do this and that through that radio of his. Oh God, I would revel in some silence when he is about. Aside from that, I'm sure he's a great character, after all; then again, I am just naturally petty.

Looking at him, I see just a reflection of myself in a sense - perhaps a bit more hopeful? Though, I do not understand where all of this hope stems from. Given that he is basically feeding the freeloading family that dismisses him. Incredible. We've got a knack for the same antics and are standing at the same height. I'm sure that people would confuse both of us if it wasn't for the heads up display showing our taglines. I'm sure it'd pass as a good joke to say that we are twins - hah. Hope he sticks around.

Suicide is painless, perhaps give it a chance if you are that adamant about killing yourself in the field while endangering us all. Sometimes, I just don't understand how those above us make their choices, and this is one of them. For the number of times, this man had to be saved by his underlings that had to expose themselves into grave danger just to waste resources upon this utter buffoon. Alas - there are things that even I am clueless about, so maybe that's why they are in that position currently.

Lucila Castillo - A LIGHT:
Ah yes, Castillo. When one thinks of the Medical Union, one thinks of her character. Doubt grows within her being to all of this cause, and the world we live in. But hopefully, I was able to convey the harsh reality of the times we stand within nowadays.
For it is only the strong that survive... The concrete we walk upon does not value a rose growing from beneath the cracks. Castillo will have to internalize this sooner or later, especially in her position within the Medical Union.

An inhabitant of this city... Tawoo speaks English poorly, but he tries his best. His presence is surely uplifting, but also sad at the same time. He's but a lost soul in this jungle of concrete without a livelihood or place to call his home. He sometimes finds me and offers me things as a 'friend' of his, but I'm not sure about it. He once brought me the meat of a head-humper that he hunted as he said. I don't even want to know what this guy gets up to in the Storm System, or the Condemned Zone.

For the VICTOR Squad is meant to shine like a new beacon amongst the Civil Protection as its stalwart and vigilant light amongst the ranks of faceless Functionaries. Under the Rank Leaders behest, we will overcome the ill reputation that our predecessors left us with and forge anew a pristine future not for but only us, but for all of the department.
I was welcomed with open arms through a formal invitation of trust, and I will be sure to not disappoint 'Zero'. The Squad is also my only point of contact for any people within this City... nobody within these limits I know or even would dare to approach. For now... they are the only people I could even closely call something like a family. We'll watch out for each other.
