Character name: Dr. Kowalski
Backstory: My name is Dr. Eric Kowalski and I am a Scanner working for the Combine in City 17. I was born in the city and have lived here my entire life. I was always fascinated by the technology that the Combine brought with them, so when I had the chance to join their ranks and become a Scanner, I jumped at the opportunity. I was trained to use the scanner technology and to monitor the citizens of the city for any signs of resistance. I take my job very seriously, as I know that it is my duty to keep the citizens of City 17 safe from any potential threats. I am a loyal and dedicated employee of the Combine, and I strive to do my best to keep the city safe.

Combine - I like them because I work as scanner
Personal opinions:
John Rebel - My idol I wish to be like him but I can't become rogue scanner.
Jun - At first, Jun was scared and tried to run away, but scanner noticed him and stopped him. Scanner demanded that Jun show him his identification papers, but Jun refused and tried to run away. Scanner then used his optic blast to immobilize Jun and threatened to kill him if he resisted.
