The man stands on the balcony, looking down at the citizens and officers roaming the streets. The portrait, speaks to him, as usual.

Crown takes out a pack of cigarillos, taking one out and putting in between his lips. He stashes it inside his jacket, before taking out a zippo, lighting it up, then putting it away. He looks down onto the streets, just... thinking.
