Bug Camera Tagging is Busted

1. Bug: Camera tagging functions (for BOL and AC) does not work.
2. Description: Create a random character and set that character as BOL or Anti-Citizen using a Combine PDA and the U flags. Then, run up to one of the many cameras set around the map. You will see that the camera does not make noise or make sound - testing it with CT and Admins who have OTA or CP whitelists do not do anything either. [UPDATE:] According to Ozzekiel, the camera also does not make noise when people run past it.
3. Errors/time: N/A, no errors can be seen.

this has been a bug for about 2-3 weeks and has gone unnoticed for some reason. there are some working cameras, but there's only so little of them.

None of the cameras function properly. They're just regular HL2 cameras that have no functionality with the gamemode.

they do have functionality. cams actually tag players who are on BOL. its been a thing for like a year at this point but now all of a sudden its not working properly anymore.
