Bug can see what someone is saying over their head, despite not having the flag.

I think the text pop up should as well be slightly longer as it disappears rather immediately.

You can adjust this in your settings but its been switched around on next restart (still need to fix the language bug though)

Would also be nice to get a distinction between /me and speech, unless /me's aren't supposed to be there either
Edit: I think it also doesn't render if you weren't looking when someone spoke
