Cant join Discord server

I really wanted to join the Discord server but it wont let me, i can join, but as soon as i try the tutorial it stops after i read the rules. after i read the rules it says that i should go into the #questions channel to ask any question i might have, but when i click on that it says i have no permission for that channel, and when i keep trying after like 3 minutes it kicks me from the server. This is really frustrating and i have never had such a bad experience with any discord server. can anyone help me.

Ya gotta verify with the alt checker bot before you have access to all of the channels, including the questions channel!!!
