Can't make a new character

[albertossic]

Hey,
thought I'd get back into this, haven't been playing for a while and apparently there's a new map now and whatnot, but all my old characters aren't listed anymore and when trying to make a new arrival, clicking the "Finish" button just makes a loud siren sort of noise and nothing happens, I stay on the character creation menu. What gives?
Thanks in advance!

Could you try recording it and uploading to YouTube? OBS, Nvidia shadowplay, anything should work for recording.
