| Hamilton, Kurtis was discovered in March of 2018 scavenging in the Appalachian mountains within North Carolina. He was accompanied by one female: Osborn, Marie. The two were placed under intense investigation due to their pickup location. A one female: Hamilton, Sarah was presumed to be accompanied with the pair before shortly expiring somewhere within the Appalachian mountains. The remains have yet to be recovered for recycle. The pair were quickly separated, Hamilton was shipped off to Nova Prospect where he served a one year sentence to which he was released and shipped towards City 24. Hamilton, Kurtis was quickly inducted within the Combine Party as a Tier-Four collaborator for honorable actions in assistance to Our Benefactors. In March of 2021 Hamilton was commissioned as an officer within the C.C.R. earning the rank of Lieutenant. After the extraction of City 24, his whereabouts remain unknown in accordance with the remaining parties of City 24. Glory to Our Benefactors. |

What was so bad 'bout the Party that made you fake your own death, make you turn anti-citizen? Freddy Dean: "One of my Warrant Officers. We haven't spoken a whole lot, he was with Dornan whenever he was captured the first time. I don't know what that says 'bout the guy. I never saw 'em in the valley, either...maybe he was on the other side, I dunno'. It'd make sense."

'Tzu': A vortigaunt I work with within the CMRU...I'm still very wary bein' around them just because I know how deadly they can become. Some of them are unpredictable. But Tzu has shown me he's different. He's not like the rest of them. For that he gets my respect."
