Make card decks be purchasable for less than T4, or just move them from the luxury permit.

Also, as a secondary suggestion with the same theme; Make card decks purchasable via the smuggler, they'll cost 350chips. (That's done to not have litteraly everyone with a card deck on them)

It would make sense to make it something that smugglers have, since their currency are litteraly chips..

I feel like the tier thing is an IC issue
As for the smuggler thing, @Atle?

Atle said he put them in the luxury permit couse he didn't know where to put them. So i doubt it's a IC issue, i think you should either change the permit or just tell the shop owners that they aren't T4+ since it is pretty stupid that a deck of cards is at the same level of fucking white wine.

agreed, imagine adding 10 new clothing items and locking them to 5% of the server.

Want to buy a pack of cards? Follow these steps.

1. Farm workshifts and officer work details till your brain turns into mush.
2. Walk around the streets looking for someone who is capable of doing a T4 interview.
3. Wait an hour from them to finally talk to you only for them to say that they are either too busy or for some reason lack the power to do so.
4. Repeat this process of getting refused a T4 interview because OOCLY nobody wants to go through the boring processes of having to pretend they care about doing so.
5. Watch in anger as T4 interviews are given to OOC friends of those who can so.
6. Give up.

I get that there has to be an incentive to get Tier 4 in the first place, but fact of the matter is, the process to acquire Tier 4 is too tedious and is almost inconsequential, so it should either be streamlined or less items should be luxury-locked.

The problem is that people like to call the tedious nature of the T4 struggle an 'IC Issue'. It's almost like trying to make the claim of faction activity is being an IC issue.

I'll move them to snacks permit to clear up the confusion

I will not be adding to smuggler, I think it is important some stuff you gotta buy from shops
