CATACLYSM
The Year is 2021.
The iron grip of the Combine remains solid upon Earth. However, within Sector-10, a war of four fronts is being fought against the elements.
IN THE NORTH, a Vortal Storm of unseen horrors bashes down on City-13, and threatens to engulf City-24.
TO THE WEST, a Quarantine Zone set up by the Combine, for plenty an unknown reason.
TO THE EAST, a scarred wound concealing a large Antlion hive, one that has struck the City once before.
Yet in the South...
A large Hurricane has been building up for approximately 10 years, the clouds of which have blotted out the sun. Even the Combine, the enigmatic empire that it is, has saught to take down the source of this madness, before its own outposts and ideals are wiped out by this storm.
WHAT IS CATACLYSM? Cataclysm is a GM-run storyline made for players to interact with and operate in. Dealing with and surrounding the events of the PISA BLACKSITE, both Combine and Rebels may wish to seek the destruction of the Blacksite, before further damage is incurred both to City-24, and its territorial holdings. HOW CAN I INTERACT? No matter if you're a Combine or Rebel player, anyone can interact with this event in any method. While the biggest methods will be through Expeditions run by myself (Dr. Ternith Plague) and other GMs who choose to run these Expos, both Rebels and Combine can also do smaller things to affect the shocks that come from the Cataclysm Dark Events. |
