The reason you were banned?:
The main reason I got banned is shotcopping far too much on throwaway characters, and generally a disregard for the rules.
Why do you wish to be unbanned?:
I'll start with my personal motives for wanting to be unbanned, and return to the server. Back at the time of my ban and before it, I had quite a few friends on the server and I know that coming back and playing with them would be a lot of fun, but also just playing in general. The amount of factions to choose from, the options for roleplay. The in-game scheming that leads to friendships and allies, and the eventual betrayal. Willard is unique in the sense that there's something for everyone to do and that's why I have a lot of positive memories of the server and personally want to return. Though, of course my personal motives for returning don't exactly fall under why I deserve to be unbanned, or why I should be given another chance.
I suppose I'll start the actual appeal stage by saying I am genuinely sorry for what I did. A community like this needs serious roleplay, as that’s what is intended. Everyone working together to have fun and create a good environment for everyone to play how they’d like. To elaborate, what I was actually banned for is charswapping for combat. Now, that on its own might've been a month ban or something, but what actually got me permanently banned, and what I'm appealing, really, is I showed a clear lack of respect for the rules. I didn’t obey them, I committed numerous violations and ruined roleplay for others( Anyone who was around at the time of my abuse/infractions would know what exactly I did.). This is obviously not acceptable behaviour. It ruins the atmosphere and comes across as (and definitely is) mingey. It damages the server's reputation and how the server appears when people do stupid stuff like I did, especially considering how lax the staff are in terms of roleplay freedom - as changes have been made to prevent abuse such as my own (Removal of high-ranking loyalist PKs)
A few months have passed, and I feel as if the influences that caused me to act the way I did have reasonably subsided. Especially with the end-of-map and everything else that was going on causing a situation where I was more secure in taking dumb actions. I've caused trouble on the server that I shouldn't have, and that's due to blatant immaturity that I won't try and deny. Although I know that if I am unbanned and allowed to come back to the server, I will try my best to avoid doing the same mingey things that leads to a bad roleplay experience for others, which is what I failed to do this time around due to negligence on my part. Because it really does come down to immaturity. I found it funny, which I now know is completely wrong as it was just stupid overall and very selfish to affect others for my self-gain, and that lead to me getting myself banned from a server I really do like.
To add on to what I've already said about the damage I've done for the server's reputation, I'd like to touch on the rebels for a moment. The rebellion as a group has always been polarized and considered to be "script-hungry" or kill hungry or whatever else, but my actions in specific have caused this to be worse. People use me as an example when talking about a bad rebel. Someone who is interested only in being a S2K freak and using throwaway characters with no development to minge on the server instead of roleplaying properly. I earnt that reputation through my actions, and it does upset me slightly to know that I am perceived as such a negative influence on the server that it is necessary to permanently remove me from it. That is a real wake-up-call to the fact that no one else is having fun from my actions. It has made people look down on Rebel RP more, or at the very least given people an excuse to do so, but I know it can be so much more. My actions have affected those within the very same communities that I worked alongside, and honestly that's one of the worst parts. Knowing I've directly damaged the reputation of a faction I was part of sucks - but I know it's my fault entirely, and all I can try to do is come back and change whatever reputation people have of me.
I am sorry for what I did. I know I caused a lot of stress for the staff (Rules changing, reports) and for the loyalists (PK appeals) and for other rebels (Sweeps/combat). I would like to come back to do serious roleplay, and focus more on roleplaying with groups and fostering relationships and character development rather than focusing on clicking my mouse and getting kills. Because what’s the point of a serious roleplay server if you don’t roleplay seriously? I’d like to be given a second chance to change how I act here. I know it'll be a bit of a change of pace at first, considering I'm more used to fast-paced combat, but I hope I can get into the swing of things and become a good member of the community. Not going to word-salad this, as I think I've sincerely said how I feel and do not feel the need to make it longer than it is, and I'm sure anyone reading this can make their own judgement on my appeal.

Thanks for reading.
Bye.
Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?:
Not to support my unban, but as a refresher of WHY I was banned (I did not make this. I am not trying to gloat/brag. I do think it's a cool video, but I am only putting this here to remind whomever reviews my appeal, as it is a far better explanation than a few more paragraphs of context.)
Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?:
The entire rebel/CP community? But no, not really.
