Hello!
Currently whenever you use a radio (whether it be /radioyell, /radio, or /radiowhisper) it plays a sound effect for everybody nearby to hear that sounds like gibberish being spoken over a radio.

The problem is: This makes absolutely no sense.

If I can whisper without people hearing me more than a few feet away, they wont be able to know that I'm whispering into a radio. When you click a transmit button on a radio IRL, it doesn't make some loud kind of noise. It's the same volume as normal whispering.

However. I believe the reverse should be true. When someone hears someone speaking over the radio (receives a radio message in chat), at that point the sound effect should play from the person--the range of which should be based on whether the sender was using yell, normal speech, or whisper. In other words: Change sound effect to play upon receiving a radio message rather than when transmitting one. But, the range should also be more realistic to suit whether the message is whispered or not.
