Change the model of non-EOW OTA to fit EOW

Currently the EOW model is from Combine Soldiers: Redone while normal OTA use the unused Half-Life: Alyx soldiers with slight material changes. I think that normal OTA should use the models from Combine Soldiers: Redone to fit with the EOW
because, let's be honest.. it's kinda weird seeing normal soldier appear tougher than an Elite.

Huh. I actually prefer the original in my own opinion. I don't think it really looks tougher than EOW, just different which makes sense given the massive differences the two hold. Not a huge fan of the random paint streaks on the Redone models either, as it doesn't really add anything other than some odd contrast.

I don't think they look bad, but I still think I prefer what we have.

In my opinion it's just a mix of styles that don't fit together very well but I feel ya.

Consider using the Nemez or Romka models when they come out. I don't like the current models. EOW's armor is too thin and square shaped, and the Redone soldier models have a literal chrome dome. The current OWS model also has a microscopic head and looks really derpy from the front.

also romka won't work cuz willard is alyx themed to some extent so vanilla-esque wouldn't fit much imo

Redone would probably work best for city 24, but they don't seem like OTA, I guess. The vest is just as thick as a CP's vest.

I do not believe we've interested to swap OTA models right now, we've already swapped them multiple times. We're quite keen on the current ones but this can always change in the future! Placing this as declined for now
