Implemented Change the trash looting cooldown

the cooldown lasts from 50 minutes up to an hour. why tf is there even a cooldown for this kind of thing anyway. i literally search two trash nodes and i get put on a 60+ minute cooldown timer

90% of your time on willard as a civie is grinding, what the fuck is the point in playing the server if i cant even grind other than wait 10 hours for cwu to host a workshift

I mean I just find people to RP with people....

i mean normally i would substitute the crafting for RP but... its out of the equation when theres no one on the server to rp with except afk slummers

There is a church you can rp at, I'm shocked no one has taking into going there icly as a old RP hub like the Homeless Shelter did.

I have went through the cooldown just to be put on a cooldown only very few nodes later anyone else experience this?

I think it was made (correct me if I am wrong) to encourage users to use the resource nodes, and as far as I know they got removed. Sooo.
