You're right, but that's down to the individual staff member and not a slight against the rule itself.

WN isn't a community where everyone holds hands and sings kumbaya and there have, to be blunt, been some absolutely shitty people with enough charisma and clout to dance around the wording of rules to argue their way out of everything - the same people who think the height of humour is to spam the N word actually lol.

Being staff on Gmod is already miserable enough because the majority of the playerbase are socially maladjusted teenagers, I sure wouldn't want to work in a community where "UM ACKSHULLY" is enough to get a known and obvious shitter out of a ban.

Obviously there are exceptions, but as said that's a quality of staff issue.

I didn't "Make" up anything, You damn well knew you were metagaming, You continued with the RP after I said stop and tried calling staff and you continued to then have CMU Forcefully shove a catheter inside of me to do a drug test which never would've happened had you not meta-gamed.

When I reported it to the staff "At the time staff" they said agreed it was borderline and on-top of you meta-gaming which got you blacklisted yet I got de-whitelisted because "Toxicity" part of which I admit to in the CP discord and apologize for.

Lore wise I think WN can be saved as it is, But there needs to be PK leniency and the Rebels need to get out there and do things, Unifying would be a good place to start.

The staff meeting has concluded, and information will be made available in the coming future. There will be a Community Meeting to express what the plan of the server is under my leading supervision. There will be decisions you may like, love, not like or absolutely despise - but I'm not here to please everyone, as decisions made have been decided by the entire staff team and its community management.

This will include information regarding the server opening date, plans of the short term and long term future; the vision for what the server is going to look like, its roleplay functionality and drive. It goes especially for concerns about multitudes of topics that are best left for the community in general to listen, give feedback and overall take part in the proceedings of Willard Networks as much as I can involve the individual player with the respect that members of this community do deserve.

There will be some small time adjustments to get missing info for me to fill in my documented details. It is important for me to explain that Community Management is being replaced with something more at home, replaced with a localised council that include members of staff that have proven their capability in leadership, managerial skill and etiquette talent.

Who has been decided has not been determined but the opening phases of a Server Council establishment will be fundamentally pushed forward as a priority. I hope this information proves vital, as public disclosure for all information is going to be the most pivotal part of the communication's basis that everyone points out to be an issue (and rightly so.) More to follow, people. I seriously thank you for your patience thus far.
