Marco Polo here with another suggestion.



The televisions on Willard Networks are fairly under-developed and relatively meaningless, they are expensive to get and provide little to no ambience through their existence. There is no never-ending droning propaganda or pre-recorded news recordings from say the MOE, which could work.

I'm sure it could be done, as you could simply have a powerpoint of PNG slides slowly transition to one another with an AI breencast in the background and a static effect on the screen. While seemingly minor, it is something to consider and it could be an additive in certain events.​
