Character Transfer Question

I noticed that one character of mine got denied (which is alright) and another got approved but requires changes according to the color code. I was curious if there was a way to see what needed changing?

If you are talking about the massive list I don't think that means anything needs changed. If it is yellow it means an item you requested will not be physically provided to your transfer. (You can still RP with said item, possibly) As for knowing which item, I have no idea how to tell, or if you can at all.

Which character is it?

Yellow does not mean something needs changing, just means that it is approved but an item or a set of items where denied. So your character is still approved
