Fixed Chat box doesn't update when you are talking/typing yourself

[maxi]

Bug: Chat doesn't move down if you are talking yourself.
Description: When talking, the chat will not move down as other players speak, meaning you have to scroll down manually and can't see new people speaking automatically. Recreate this by typing, don't finish talking but stay in the 'talking' mode and have another person say something. Your chat box will not move down automatically and if you scroll down, you'll find what the other person did indeed say.
Error: N/A

Fixed (added an auto scroll setting enabled by default, disable if you want to scroll up and not get thrown back to the bottom when a new message is received)
