Why do you wish to be unbanned?:
I did not cheat. I was in an event shooting the combine today on the side server. I was shooting some glowing CP/OTA thing, I was banned. The glowing CP/OTA was in a generator room when I popped a couple of shots at it before it ran away from me. I followed it and shots at its back before it ran away again. When I went to retreat I was banned for cheating.

Shortly after being banned @Neonity said I was doming people through walls and an alt of a banned user



I did not dome anyone through walls. I was not recording but if you have any screenshots or videos showing any claim like that show me? I don't know how to disprove something that never happened.

Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?: I was not recording, so no I don't have proof. I died in the first wave and almost died in the second. If I was damaged that much I don't think I could be cheating

Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?:

@M!NT @Fedora Were the ones who reviewed my ban appeal for the previous one.
This what I dmed @M!NT a coupledays ago worried this would happen because eprotect still flags my IP even though I don't use a VPN anymore

But I want to know why from a staff witness they think I could be cheating for shooting an OTA.

I want to add I almost died and lost two firefights this week on the main hl2p server. If I was cheating I would have came out of those unscathed. The only reason I got so many kills on the event today was I abused the elevator that no combine was watching the elevator flank the entire game. I went up the elevator and shot them as they were clueless to look up on the mountain. And when I did get a kill face to face with a combine I was just as surprised.

After a thorough investigation we have found out that you have been killing Civil Protection and Conscript players from great distances with headshots only, winning a one versus six along attempting to kill a player through a wall, the ban will not be appealed.

Denied.
