Introduction
The COTI are a militarized, radicalistic group or 'Cult' that believes
changes by prolonged exposure to xen infestation are
the natural step for human evolution.

Origins
The COTI were formed in 2005 By Aleksis Yaranaik. The first rally and mass recruitment was in July 6th, 2005 in the sewers of City Three. At 5:25 PM a large amount of infested humans were unleashed into the area it is unknown how many were killed exactly. At 6:35 PM the rally was now gone with everyone either dead or no longer there.
Goals
The COTI's official goal is to "Ascend the pitiful current existence of humanity to a higher level.". All of their attacks however seem to be centered on causing one thing, Disrupting both resistance and UU operations in the area while unleashing infestation producing bio weapons.
Attack History
Attack 1: At 10:48 AM on January 10th, 2006 a COTI, repurposed fire fighting plane originally designed to spray fire retardant to extinguish wild fires began spraying large amounts of xen spores over city three's plaza before quickly being shot down by UU anti-air weaponry. The crashing plane then went into the ration center killing the 5 currently in the ration center and injuring 133 nearby in the plaza from falling shrapnel and xen spores which were released from the damaged tanks carrying them on impact. The plaza and surrounding area were quarantined for 3 weeks while OTA and infestation control teams were sent in to destroy the infestation and terminate infested humans.
Attack 2: At 3:05 PM on February 5th, 2007 a compact dirty bomb was detonated inside of a UU nexus after 15 armed COTI members infiltrated it. 25 UU Units were killed in the initial infiltration with 500 being killed in the detonation and it's aftermath. It took 3 months for it to be successfully cleared of xen fauna and flora.
Apart from the 2 major attacks over 2500 small conflicts between patrolling rebel, UU, and COTI groups and convoys have been recorded.
The COTI Today
The COTI are currently scattered across at least 100 bases and encampments with a large HQ holding atleast 3500 COTI members
The COTI has at least 1,523 members currently.
The COTI is in possession of at least 15,000 unique forms of weaponry and bio weaponry.
