Not sure if there's a format, but there's nothing too fancy about it. I propose a chocolate cake that can be in the 30-40 lvl range in the cooking menu or it can be bought from the luxury menu, although not all the recipes are on there, so maybe that will promote some cooking levelers.
Ingredient Proposal - 1x Union Choco, 1x Milk Substitute, 1x Saturated Flour, 1x Egg Protein.
Benefit - Maybe a +2/+3 in all stats? I don't know how to balance it. That's for higher powers than me. Maybe it can be cut down in 2/3 pieces and for each cut it drops how much it sates hunger and lowers the bonus.
There are already assets for cake in the game, so it doesn't even require modelling.
