A superior version of the Cigarette in both girth, effects, and longevity. I can easily see a retextured/coloured cigarette being repurposed for its model alongside its code, something that can already be partially done (though with some complications, as I wouldn't be making this otherwise) through the in-game custom item creator, though not in any practical capacity. May be sold alongside Zippo lighters in the Luxury Permit in bundles of four or more in small cigar cases (the case may be a repurposed small item's crate, something similar to the explosive crate we already have), and its effects can vary from either a significant increase in strength or perception or some other fairly balanced stat boost.

Adds tobacco variety and greater luxury menu items to go alongside Zippo Lighters (which are useless for anything other than being ostentiously garish)
