
Act Preface:
The City 24 Industrial Reform Act #1 Aims to introduce a series of advancements benefiting Geneva's industrial and manufacturing activities. Through experience, it was observed that many work shifts include simple tasks using no tools or unpowered hand tools. These work shifts are severely unsophisticated, and inefficient.
Act #1 focuses on determining more specialized fields of production that the city should direct itself towards.
With City 24's frequent stock of wood, metal, stone; specializations of tool manufacturing, or construction material manufacturing should be considered as a goal for City 24's industrial aspirations.
Section 1.
1.1:
Appropriate officials from the Civil Workers Union shall meet and determine which sectors of manufacturing the city should specialize in, and what equipment and machinery is needed. Once the prerequisites are determined, they will fund the acquisition of any needed industrial equipment or tools to meet the goal.
1.2:
The Civil Workers Union will be responsible for the storage and maintenance of the machinery, as well as instructing workers on the proper use and safety while operating these machines.
1.3:
At least 50% of daily work shifts will be obligated to make use of industrial machinery.
Section 2.
2.1:
After 2 weeks, Civil Workers Union and Ministry of Commerce analysts shall determine the effects of these industrial improvements on City 24's value produced for the Union.
2.2:
Administration shall leverage City 24's additional value to acquire more resources and distribute to vital departments; CWU, MPF, CMU, CCA and acquire more vital resources to make them more accessible and less cost restrictive; Food, clothing, medicine.
