Cyrus L. Villari was born [DATA EXPUNGED], at [DATA EXPUNGED]. At a young age, Cyrus excelled in his education practices to the point of receiving several grants. He was moved from [DATA EXPUNGED], to California to enroll at Stanford University, where he would stay for [DATA EXPUNGED] and receive his doctorates of business degree. Afterwards, he and his father ran a successful business for several years, until society began to collapse. After the Union came to bring order and save society from the destruction of the Xenian forces and terrorist groups, Cyrus became a financial advisor to one of the Director's in City 30, being transferred to City 24 as the current Director of Production.

Cyrus L. Villari was born February 11th, 1967 at Boston City Hospital. His mother was a stay at home wife, while his father worked work a group of family friends at a fishery. There isn't much information in terms of Cyrus' education, however it's shown to have had issues during his highschool years. Reportedly, he had grown up with a gang of students, which turned into a life of crime. He was sent to a detention center at the age of fifteen, then into prison at the age of seventeen for first degree theft. After serving for several years, Cyrus was released early, and was brought back into his family. During his time in prison, he received his GED, to which then a few 'deals' were made, and he was sent off to California and into Stanford.

There isn't any recordings of what was said or done to turn him towards the prestigious university, but needless to say he 'changed' his life and went into business. He excelled in his years at the University, only to receive a doctorate in business. He'd then return back to his family in Boston to help the business run more successfully. It was here that he started to monopolize, however this only lasted shortly before society began to collapse from the Xenian invasion.

After the Union's arrival, Cyrus would be transferred to a few cities, before landing in City 30 as a financial advisor. The information in regards to the businesses that ran in the city seem to have mostly been either redacted or erased, except for a few key accounts of "successful partnerships". Despite the errors in the system, the current Director of the city gave high regards to him, and was voted in to become the Director of Production for City 24. The previous Director Nathalie Steinheil was transferred over to become a financial advisor in City 36.

Josefine T. Huhn (Mother): "She was there for me when I needed her most. I may not have been a good son in the beginning, but I changed my life around for her. Or at least the majority. I should check to see if there is flowers still being sent to her grave."

Marco S. Villari (Father): "People usually point fingers and blame others for how their life is. Frankly, I am one of those people. But if it wasn't for the old man, I wouldn't be the man I am today. He had good teachings too, at least in terms to running things; the company that is. I'm thankful that the Union came around; I had him 'removed' from my life and no longer 'associate' with him anymore."

The Union: "I have no quarrels with them. In truth, they helped deal with a "thorn" in my side, to which I am rather grateful for. And also because of them, I am back to doing what I did and plus more."

Administration: "I was in goods terms with the Director I worked for. They were my reference, and they got me to where I am now. Overall the administration staff is mixed with both capable individuals, and unfortunately some unsavory ones as well. However, the 'undesirables' tend to weed themselves out one way or another."

Loyalists: "These are the people that I look forward to whenever I'm working; usually in businesses, or generally good workers. They are also quite useful at times..."
