On January 13th, 2018, 19:38. The last departure checks were performed aboard Universal Union Naval Vessel; #04 'Lyhty' ( Designation: Icebreaker).
The ships objective was to clear way to City 35; Copenhagen for Universal Union Naval Vessel #07 'KP' ( Designation: ********** ). Which was to ferry Overseer Tero Anttila across the Baltic Sea to City 35: Copenhagen and from there Overseer would use different means of transportations to reach City 24; Geneva.
Upon departure from port Universal Union Naval Vessel; #04 experienced an explosion aboard in its engine room. And the ensuing fire quickly enveloped its engine room and multiple other compartments.
Before City 62 harbor could respond in rescue and recovery efforts it came under Anti-Citizen Incursion from land and sea forces. Overseer Tero Anttila was extracted out of the Harbor grounds as local Conscript forces interposed & engaged the now confirmed forces of 'Four Lions' resistance organization. The organization is suspected to have had anti-citizen collaborators among the harbor and ship crews, along with extensive planning and preparation work to disturb the transport of Overseer Tero Anttila.
Local [RECATED] are seeking to uncover the leaks among the Combine Civil Administration in City 62. Which caused the 'Four Lions' organization to become aware of the departure of the Overseer from the harbor.
The fighting among the Union and Anti-Citizen forces lasted well into the morning. And afterward, the Civil Workers Union was able to begin their ship recovery operations off the City 62 harbor, in an effort to recover the remains of the ship. And the crew aboard it.
