Born in the Year 1966 during the Communist reign of Poland, Ludwik grew up in a small family in the City of Krakow with his Mother and Father. The Zieliñski family tree all served in the Polish Military on Ludwik's Father's side of the Family and so he wished to continue this family tradition when he came of age ever since he was five years old.
When Ludwik had turned Fifteen it was 1981 and still had the dream of serving the military in his mind...On December 13th Ludwik had sat down with his family in front of their Television as they listened to their local news station...what they had heard horrified them...Poland had declared Martial Law in an attempt to counter political opposition...It was not too long after that they had heard the rattling of tanks moving down the road...
A few months passed and Ludwik had begun to get lonely...His father had been brought back into service of the Polish Military and had been stationed in Warsaw to monitor the Citizens there...His Mother, however...had begun to organise protests against the Martial Law behind Ludwik's back...she would Sneak off...day after day...after day...until Ludwik received a letter one day...
His mother had been tried for treason against the Soviet Union...and had been executed...
A year had passed as Ludwik lived by himself in the family home...barely living with enough money for the food that was sent from his father...eventually on July 22nd 1983...The Martial Law had been lifted...and So...had the letters from his Father...Ludwik had enough...later that day he took all of his remaining funds and headed out to the nearest recruitment centre.
Ludwik had joined up with the Military with great luck...though his age was still 17 he was allowed to be recruited into the Polish Army. Ludwig was stationed in Radom, about 93km from Warsaw. Ludwig remained in Radom for Two months before being moved to Warsaw due to the raising Tensions. However, once he had gotten to the city, Ludwik had begun to ask around for his father...eventually to be called in by the Major stationed at Warsaw...he was informed that his father had been killed by Gang Members around the city...Ludwik had been greatly angered by this...and so he took to the streets in a rageful manner...he saw one masked person placing up rebellious anti-soviet posters on the nearby wall...Ludwik didn't care about the posters...for he didn't care...The Soviet Union could rot in hell...Ludwik only saw a rebellious gangster...and so he took his anger out on the masked person...Beating him to death...
After that Ludwik has soured...his mood is always frustrated...Taking his anger out on almost anyone...but over the years he had moved up the ranks until the year 1989 when The Republic of Poland had formed...Ludwik had become a Captain in the Polish Army...his country was free of Soviet Rule...Ludwik could taste change...however, a small bit of paranoia began to form inside Ludwik's mind...when would the Soviet Union return?...how would it retaliate...it had to have.
Ludwik Grew through the ranks more over the years...eventually to the rank of "General" in the year 2000 when he was 34...However, he was not able to celebrate his new title for long as only a few weeks later he watched as the skies themselves Ripped open...
He watched as these creatures poured down to Warsaw and began to slaughter the citizens around him...he went to grab his weapons...he knew this day would come...his mind raced as he convinced himself that these were creations of The Soviet Union...they had returned...and so he gave the order...

Years passed as The Universal Union took hold of Earth under The Combines Grasp. Ludwig had been recognised for his Military Duty...he was offered an opportunity...To join The Universal Union and serve as its loyal Citizen and live in City 14...Poland...Home...Without a second thought, Ludwik agreed...being sent off to live in City 14 for the foreseeable future...
He had grown over the years...his loyalty bringing him to become a Tier 5 Citizen...where he was respected among the Citizens and Loyalists of the City...However, he looks in shame at the destroyed city almost every day...thoughts of rebuilding and bringing back the Great days of Poland are flooded into his greying mind...and thus in the Year 2013, Ludwik founded "THE VANGUARD OF ARCHITECTURAL UNIONISTS" A political party based on the principles of creating a Safe and Secure Society by rebuilding City 14 and bringing forth a new age of Development and Technology to the City...
And during the City Elections in 2014, The party became a large success over the other campaigners by gaining over 67% of the City Votes...Soon after Ludwik is elected The Administrator of City 14...
However...as he begins his repairs to the city...something strange occurs...Some of the citizens...Idolize him...see him as the respected General that he was before the War of Unification...He...He liked it...Soon after he enlists soldiers for the Political Parties Protecting Militia "ZIELIÑSKI'S BATTALION" is formed...
Over the years Ludwik has soured even more as an angry and Paranoid Person...The power has gone to his head...and he gains fits of rage often...seemingly often on the brink of declaring Martial Law at any moment...however...his main goal continues...
