So I wanted to stab this loyalist today, and it was going quite well. I found her alone with the only CP 100 feet above me on a catwalk. When I did it, I asked an admin to oversee the situation but it looks like they never came in time. Either way, CP's instead of time scaling when they where no where in sight when I stabbed this woman, rushed me in droves when she was typing her react /me.
Here is the video evidence

CP's must time scale, and they failed to do so in here. The moment I typed out my /me and waited for the loyalist to react, Cps failed to abide by timescale RP rules. The only CP who would be able to react and shoot would be the one above me on the catwalk.

Video evidence speaks for itself.

I am asking for CP faction to be taught how to respect these timescale rules in the future. In turn I'd like a refund for items lost as well for CP's failing to abide by timescale

While technically timescale does not matter in Plaza...

It is kinda cringe.

But based on the ruleset they didn't do much wrong here.

See the timescale full list here:

Timescaling is mainly used in situations with /me’s but does not apply to any situation using TBC, S2K, S2M, etc. S2RP and Rolling are both protected by Timescale.

However, there are some zones where Timescale does not apply to regardless of the situation:
  1. Public open streets
  2. Areas monitored by an active camera
  3. Nexus
  4. Areas with more than 8+ people in it (Only applies to the City)
    1. Slums and Sewers do not count as part of the city
Examples of breaking this rule:
  1. An S2RP fight starts in slums and CPs rush in without scaling
  2. A group reaches a passage or doorway which requires RP to get through but someone who was chasing them rushes them, even though they may of escaped by the time they got there (Distance, time and all that should be taken into account)

Unfortunately it's this ^

The time scaling rules apply to non public areas currently, so we have to go by that rule essentially at the moment.
Stores, inside buildings and so, are a better choice for crimes if want to have the benefit of time scaling but still nonetheless the RP was interesting for the political end.
