Bug: Civil Protection HUD vanishes, possibly due to some of the mist or smog?
Description: Unfortunately, I don't rightly know what caused this bug, but the Civil Protection HUD has stopped working for some unknown reason, and will occasionally flash on and off. The HUD appears to come back when I enter Willard street, and remove when I enter Victory Square.
Errors/time:
"Warning! Calling cam.End3D because someone forgot to! (x52)"
I believe whatever this is is the perpetrator.
