How many characters do you have? 2
What do you want authorization for?: Russian Language Flags
Character(s) you're requesting authorization for: Tatsiana Paliaščuk (CHARACTER NOT CREATED YET)
How beneficial to your own RP and the servers is your authorization?:
It'd allow my character to both speak and understand the Russian language.
Pros of your authorization: The ability both speak and understand Russian
Cons of your authorization: Potential imbalance of knowing how to speak both Russian and Polish off the rip
Write an explanation of how your character obtains this authorization:
Glossing over the character bio as attached below, it is indicated that Tatsiana was raised in both the former Soviet Belarusian and Polish republics as she grew up. Whilst Belarusian isn't an encoded language on the server's database, it was recorded in the 1999 National Census of Belarus that over 62.2% of the populace spoke the Russian language on a day-to-day basis with 24.1% of the population adopting it as their mother tongue. Henceforth, using these statistics and being raised in countries that were previously part of the Soviet Bloc is a fair assumption that many people would adapt a second language as to more easily communicate.
