-BACKSTORY-
Claire Lavoie, born in Quebec, Canada to a loving mother and father who cared for her and her little sister, Stella. The Lavoie family was a medium income family, they had a pretty average lifestyle. Claire grew up like any other child, playing with other kids, doing her homework and going to school. However the Seven Hour War has changed many things about her family. Unfortunately due to the Seven Hour War, her mother has passed away and her family was separated for a while.
Claire was relocated to City Forty-Two, whereas the rest of her family were moved further south into America. Claire worked her way up into the Civil Medical Union in that city, she has served well at rendering pre-clinic care for the people who would often time get hurt during various workshifts or otherwise due to 'mysterious circumstances'. Once she was fully properly trained and she even got lucky enough to be reunited with her father and mother bad news were yet again on the horizon, she was to be relocated again, this time, across the ocean towards City Seventeen, more specifically, the industrial area.
The reason for her relocation was simple, there was an increasing lack of proper medical members who were able to render pre-clinic care towards the people, as the work cycles were long and many people were suffering from fatigue and fatigue lead to injury. So she had served the union there and even made a few strong bonds with some people there. Especially a man by the name of Thomas, whom she worked very closely with in several unmentioned meager tasks.
Her final relocation was by choice. She had little reason to stay anymore in city Seventeen and felt a dire need for change. Therefore she took her change and sought out to move to City Twenty-Four, where she had met a lot of good people, lost some along the way and she finally worked on profiting off of her hobby for cooking, ending up as a Store Owner now and waiting to see what else does fate have in store for her.

-FAMILY-
MOTHER: Aria Lavoie - Deceased
FATHER: Jackson Lavoie - Alive, City 42.
SIBLINGS: Stella Lavoie - Alive, City twenty-four.
-APPEARANCE-
For all intents and purposes Claire is not the worst looking-woman in the world. Her skin was fair and lightly colored and she seems to try and take care of her looks as much as possible in this day and age. Starting from the top her black hair is usually caught up in a long ponytail and she has a pair of blue eyes in her orbit. She doesn't spot any scars or makings across her body and she roughly stands 5'10" tall. Weight-wise she stands roughly around 135 pounds. Vestments-wise she is known to travel around wearing her usual black jacket and both a satchel and a backpack on her at all times. Wonder what she has in there?

-PERSONALITY-
Claire is a kind-hearted and very driven woman. She always considered herself a person driven towards helping others, she is not shy to pay out of her pocket for people should they be in a tough bind. Her demeanor always seemed to be inviting and she always seems to be in a fairly cheery mood and even when the situation is grim, she finds a way to push through and offer no complaints about it. Although there are parts of her that can be vindictive, while she doesn't mind receiving criticism or otherwise being outright insulted, when it comes to her friends, she will stand up for them and perhaps have a few choice words for those who are being a nuisance.

-LIKES AND INTERESTS-
Likes - Kindness, Fairness, hard-workers
Interests - Cooking, Medicine, Helping Others.

-DISLIKES AND AVOIDANCES-
Dislikes - Cruelty, Arrogance, Seeing others in pain.
Avoidances - Constabulary & Fights.

-RELATIONSHIPS-
LOVES ADMIRES RESPECTS BEST FRIENDS FRIEND ACQUAINTANCE DISTRUSTS DISLIKES HATES DECEASED
KEIM 'GAZZ' RAIDEN
"You have the emotional level of a couch."
Keim, you're a good man. I have a lot of respect for you, for what you do and I do know the truth. While you value peoples' worth and you view them as assets, I do believe that deep down you genuinely care for people, it's just difficult for you to show it. You have done many things for the Homeless Shelter and for me. You will always be dear to me.
"COLE"
"The things you do for the people around you, Cole. Not many do."
You have left this world way beyond your time, and I fear that your memory has flared the hearts of many to do rash things. I miss you, Cole. You have always showed me kindness, and nobody can match your good heart. We need a lot more people like you.
GUSTAVO 'GUS' BALDO
"Do I need to call you Don, now?"
From the moment I met you, you welcomed me in your shop as a friend. In all fairness, it was a source of inspiration when I run my business now as well. You have a sharp mind and a charisma like no other. And after many conversations, we both even came to the conclusion that we're similar in several regards. I am thankful to have you as a close friend, Gus. You'll always be able to count on me. As I've learned to count on you.
LUCY RUSSEL
"Oh look, it's my evil clone. Hi Lucy."
You by far have been one of my most interesting friends to have around. I have lived to see you through many stages of your life and I still believe there's more that you have yet to achieve. You're someone special to me, but recently your heart has turned cold and we don't seem to talk much anymore. I am worried it will only get worse.
STELLA LAVOIE
"Sister? I've heard rumors, but I didn't dare believe them. I've missed you so much."
You have been alongside me the vast majority of my life, dearest sister. I can't believe it that we're yet again reunited in City twenty-four. But I am worried for you, I barely see you enough and I want to help you get a better standing in the city so you have a better life. I hope you're safe, wherever you are. Come back to me.
JENNIFER MAESROE
"There you are Jen, and without a cigarette in your mouth. Progress."
I owe you many things, Jen. You were one of the first few people I have met who showed a genuine care for those around you. You've always helped me without even asking me a question or complaining once that I am constantly nagging you. I respect what you do, and I am thankful to call you a close friend.
OPHELIE EULALIE LATOURELLE
"You might be the only one who's as passionate about cooking as I am, dear. Glad to see I'm not the only one!"
I still remember the day when I met you. You were very quiet and in your corner, just doing your own thing while Grodno and the Vort were doing the talking. I could tell you're a little bit on the shy side and I did my best to try to comfort you and get to know you. While we may have not talked much... I've always considered you a friend and was happy to see you. I miss you, dear. Hope you're well and one day I'll find you again. I've already lost too many good people in my life and I never got to say goodbye.
ELEANOR MARCHAND
"Eleanor---She was there when the grenade exploded. Where is Eleanor?!"
In many ways, Eleanor, you remind me of people I hold dear in my heart. You do not show it well, but you care more than you let on. After all, you chose to become a member of the CMRU, which is enough for me to judge your character. You do what is right, and in the short-while that we've known each other, I've already seen some progress in you as a person. You're opening up, and I couldn't be more proud. And I can't help but find it funny that some people think we're very close already...But I guess I cannot blame them. I will always be there for you whenever you need me, I promise.
YANN STEPHAN
"I was actually counting on you not knowing French."
Yann, you were one of the first people to notice my talent when it comes to medical treatment. you trust my work and you are a good friend. I feel like you and I will always work together and I hope this relationship will not end very soon. I do however feel like there is something more to you that I have not yet put my finger on.
ASHLEY 'ASH' VALERA
"Ash, if you go out there and die I'll bring you back to life just to kill you myself. Rest."
You're a good person, Ash. No doubt about it, sometimes I worry your heart is so big that it gets in the way of your eyes. You were very brave to charge into the burning building to save lives, I respect you for it, but on the other hand, you'd also had been the reason why I'd lose a friend. Please, think in the future. I hope I get to see you more often in situations that don't involve a hospital bed.
AKEMI YAMATA
"Were it not for Akemi, I wouldn't be owning the store I own right now. I owe her this bit of loyalty."
I still think back sometimes and wonder what is it you've seen in me that made you trust me so much, Akemi. We only just met for like three days and you've taken a great interest in hiring me potentially, made me one of your store affiliates that were welcomed at all times. And eventually even hired me as your co-owner and later even named me the new one when you left. You're a very passionate woman, hardworking too, but unfortunately you're very disoriented. You try to get involved in too many places, and lose sight of what you have.
ZOEY GRODNO
"If anyone can pull it off, Miss Grodno. It's you."
You embody the traits that I value the most in someone. You're a hard working woman who always had her sight aimed towards the people. You're kind and even when I think I might be nagging you when you're already very busy you reassure me that you'll always find time to listen to peoples' concerns. You're a good person, and I believe you are one of the few people who deserve their status.
EMIYO MARCUM
"It is always a pleasure to be delighted with your presence in the store, Emiyo. You're always welcomed."
Of all the Tier 6 Loyalist I have met, you by far are the one I respect the most. You've always been honest and you have never shown an air of superiority over us, trying to assert your power. I respect your fairly cheery disposition and I admire your care for the people. Most recently you've impressed me a lot when you called out the Civil Protection Officer out for the actions of their group when they've thrown people off the buildings and bridges. It took courage, and for that I know you're a person who is passionate about the well-being of the people who live in City-24. You've also allowed me to help in tending to the wounded, it felt good to do what I used to before. Thank you for giving me the chance to do my part.
CHARLOTTE MCMADISON
"I am very lucky to have met you, Charlotte. You give me hope."
From the first day I met you, I knew there was something about you. I've seen the kindness in your eyes and I knew you'd be a close friend of mine. However the thing I didn't expect from you is the fire in your heart. You're a very adamant person. You're not scared to call out the injustice around you. It's something that has taken me aback, but I am also worried that will also be the thing that harms you the most. I took you under my wing since you expressed your desire to learn how to cook and help others, I couldn't let the chance slip away. A part of me is broken when I see you hurt, I will do everything I can to protect you, I promise.
LIAM GRAHAM
"He's trying to get into the psychological side of things. He's good with people."
You're a decent person, Liam. However something about you doesn't add up. You're a good judge of character but I think sometimes you don't deliver the message the way you wanted to. You're very protective of Eleanor and I thank you for looking out for her. I consider you a friend and I am happy to see there is someone out there who has some of my redeeming qualities in them.
AURELIO SEGRETO
"Do you -always- background check the people you meet with that PDA?"
A member of the Research Division and a good man. You were always straight to the point with me and you've given me some solid advice. I wish I had the knowledge in the research field to help you like you ask, however my skills are more well placed in the medical field. I know that you'll be able to step up in the ladder one day. You're a man with ambition, and I believe you can make it far.
CODY STANFORD
"You know what Cody? You'll always be the diversity hire to me."
You're the first person I ever hired to the store, and you have been one of the pillars in the business. You've always had a cheery disposition and you welcomed everyone into the business with open arms. I am lucky to have you on board. Even when things were bad, I knew I could always count on you to be there and pull your weight if I asked you to. And I owe you a lot for being there for me when Charlotte was in need. I'll never forget that, I hope you know how much you mean to me as a friend.
SAMUEL LACROSE
"Ah, welcome Sam. Same order as always?"
Dear old Sam. You're a guy I see quite often, and it's always a pleasure to have your patronage. You work for the Civil Workers' Union which I have great respect for. I know I haven't seen you as often recently and I even began worrying for you. You were always a very diligent worker and always had something to offer for the people of this city. I hope all is well, especially in these very trying times. Come back sometimes, I feel like there's a lot we can share when you have a minute to spare.
'Four'
"From henceforth you're the breadmaker, a title bestowed upon you by the council of yeast."
I have never thought I would be put in a situation in which I could consider a member of the Civil Protection a friend. You have by far surpassed all my doubts and have proven to me that there are some among you who actually do care for protecting and serving the people around. You are a well informed Officer and whenever I had an inquiry, you always had an answer for me. I wish a few circumstances were different, but unfortunately, this is the hand that was dealt to us. I'll always have berries ready for you when you need them.
VICE-7
"That's the Constable, the one who's brain-washed. I pity him."
While most likely genuinely hate you for what it is you do. I for one pity you. Because I heard the truth about you, so I cannot truly fault you for being the way you are. But I guess in some way, it was your choice to make these changes in your life. You can try all you want to break my back and spirit. But your baton will sooner snap before you can achieve that. I am no stranger to the cruelty of your ilk. I just find it ridiculous that instead of setting your gaze towards those who would harm our community you set your sights on those who're trying to help the people around. And if anything else, I just feel sorry for your cohort, she's what started my pity for you.
EINSTEIN
"You shouldn't trade a certainty for a maybe, Einstein."
I cannot imagine the pain you must go through, Einstein. I know you said you wanted the political power. But I know probably somewhere deep in there you feel regret for trading your connection to the Vortessence and your kin. You're one of the many Vortigaunts I've learned to admire, but sadly, part of me looks at you with pity. I hope you found happiness, my friend because if you have not, I feel like this will break you.
AURORA
<WIP for Quote.>
It's strange how we haven't gotten to know each other all that well, despite us working for the CMRU. Granted, you're more focused on the research side of things. But I've began to see you less and less. I hope everything is well with you Aurora, because I believe you're a decent person and you could become a near and dear friend of mine.
SYNTESIS
"Hi Aurora--Wait, you're not Aurora. You're waaaaay too tall."
I've only seen you once, and I've learned your name is Syntesis, you seem like an interesting character. I hope to see more of you, call it a hunch or something but I just can't stop thinking that there's more to you than meets the eye.
AGATHA CALLOS
<WIP for Quote>
Our first interaction was a little weird, to be honest. The moment you gave me that spoiled watermelon and told me my 'throat chakra' wasn't right really set a weird start to our work relationship. However, you seem to have calmed down from those odd tendencies and I have nothing to complain about. You seem to know what you're doing as a Doctor and I respect that. Who knows, maybe one day I'll even see you as a closer friend.
