hi I made this cuz the admins didnt
k thanks for reading, ill add stuff to this when im not tired
- In S2RP there's Timescale. In TBC (Turn-Based Combat), that exists too. If you join a firefight a little bit after it's started, you'll be put on a 'waitlist'. This waitlist will skip a turn to act like timescale.
- If you want to escape a fight, run away on each of your turns. After 3-ish turns, as long as you don't take damage/shoot someone, it will give you the option to press shift+F3. On the stress test, this was a bit of a big issue. But it shouldn't affect nearly as much on the main server. There will also probably be a counter showing how many turns are left before you can escape.
- Gun Skill - This is in place to represent your character's in-character skill with a firearm. It also encourages you to use the most suitable weapon. So, a player with a low gun skill may be better with a USP-Match than they would be with an MP5. Headshots are also not a thing, and are instead replaced with critical hits. Your gun skill + weapon used will dictate how likely a critical hit is.
- S2RP is still an option. If you want to rush around a corner and shoot a CP in the face, S2RP it. For smaller and much closer-quarters fights, S2RP works and is still an option
- If you shoot someone during S2RP to finish them off, you can choose not to use TBC. This is something planned to be added
