Willard is always looking for new talent. Here, you'll find the template necessary to write out an application to join us as a member of the administration team. Willard brings on volunteers from all flocks of roleplay life as we firmly believe that any actions and potential ideas should “Run the gauntlet”, so to speak. It’s best to remember that all staff opinions, whether opposite to your own or not, hold equal weight and therefore you should be prepared to justify some things from time to time should you join us.
THIS IS A VOLUNTEER POSITION, YOU WILL NOT BE REWARDED WITH MONETARY GAIN, BUT INSTEAD WITH "THANK YOUS" AND DEEP RESPECT.

ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.- You must be consistently active on forums, the discords, and the HL2RP server.
- You must be in decent standing with the Community and Staff Team.
- You must be able to communicate in full English.
- You must not currently hold a major administrative position in another community.
- Your Steam profile MUST be set to public or friends-only.
