Thank you for requesting an application form from our automated systems. Below you will find all the information necessary for us to cultivate our hopeful candidates. As an Apprentice in the Workers Union. Various resources are available to you via our Faction Information Page. However the one of most importance is the Civil Workers Union Handbook.

A note about IC applications:
You would be applying with an already established character.
The requirements for an IC application via the forums is:
60 Social Credits / 10 Cohesion Points & the charater must be 3 days old.
A note about OOC applications:
Unlike In-Character applications, characters applying in an OOC fashion are not allowed to join with the intent of going rogue, and instead must develop an actual reason as they play.
OOC applicant characters may be corrupt and adhere to rogue guidelines, that is a different matter, but they may not be characters made with the intent of sabotaging the CWU, or abusing their CWU position, this includes equipment and access, in a major way.

Have you ever committed any acts against the community? If you have a criminal history please inform us below with a full explanation for each violation.
Employment Contract:
Entering into areas of low stability without the permission of Management or with a Civil Protection escort, while you still have your uniform and work-issued equipment, will lead to contract termination and prosecution by the authorities. You must learn the names of your fellow employees and to verify the identity of any individual found with CWU equipment inside or outside of the workplace via our external roster and/or their Citizen Data Profile through the use of your complimentary CI PDA. As well as agree to report any person found to be in possession of unauthorized CWU equipment to both Civil Protection and Management. CWU equipment is not to be abused, distributed, or mishandled as a requirement of your continued employment. Management has the final say in regards to your continued employment, and we may terminate your contract for any reason, disclosed or otherwise. You must ensure to keep our doors locked and not share any CWU codes.
