Clueless new player with some questions arriving

Hello, world!
I've managed to join the game for the first time during the last moments of the Black Gold event, and did a little some of what you guys call roleplaying. I'm new to HL2 roleplay and i have a bunch of questions.

1. Where do i view all the controls and key bindings that i can use as a player? (such as toggling thirdperson, using fists, etc.)
2. Where do i report bugs and troubleshoot errors? (my "reveal name" key binding appears to be broken for some reason, i'd like to get some help about it)
3. Does the Discord have usable chatrooms, or is it just there for annoucements?
And 4., is there a FAQ that tackles any dumb questions like the above, or a correct spot in the forums where i can dump said questions upon people?

1. There isn't a list of controls/keybindings that I can recall but thirdperson is P and to use fists you hold R with hands equipped (hold R to lower them again)

3. Get the Member role on Discord (i have no idea how to as i just got mine because i joined a faction and they gave it with that, think you might just need to dm an admin)
4. RP guides has some of what you need but the discord also will answer questions for you
