CMRU Dean Apps​

Hello intrepid individual! The following is a format for those who wish to apply for the CMRU as a dean of the faction.
To give you a little bit of background on this role, it is a purely in character position, managing the faction from an IC perspective.

What does this mean for those taking the position? Well, anyone taking the role will be charged with keeping the factions operations running smoothly and efficiently, which can include the following:

1. Maintaining the player base within
2. Ensuring stocks and supplies are in check and regularly topped up
3. Delegating work between its members
4. Overseeing research, along with approving or disapproving proposals for projects (Rules will be in place to prevent silly or unrealistic projects)
5. Maintaining funds for the faction overall
6. Maintaining good in character medical practices of its members
7. Hiring/firing members of the faction

Although currently unwritten, the handbook will explain more about this role and list those accepted as a dean of medicine. This management role may come with more work and require more time dedicated towards, to help keep the faction running on the server. With this in mind, three people will be accepted as a dean, one already occupying the role, which leaves two left to be filled. Please use the following format if you wish to make an application.

Please also note that this role being purely in character, you may lose this position if you stop playing the server for long periods of time or don't maintain the faction to a high standard, through your own roleplay or through the managing of others. You can report players to myself oocly if you feel their RP is not up to the standard expected of them, whereby actions will be taken to help them improve or perhaps removal from the faction entirely.

Above all however, I wish you luck in your application! This will be an exciting chance to help run the new CMRU model in V3 of Willard and without revealing too much, the medical union building in the up and coming map is incredible, allowing for medical and research RP in one central location.
