Description
A homeless shelter founded by Carrie "Cole" Phelps. It's currently located in the old laundromat inside of the Slums.

Mission Statement
A shelter for the slums that welcomes all people within it's walls looking for aid. A bastion for the weary soul that has just arrived to the city, or a grizzled veteran who has long since found their place in the underground society is welcome here. The mission statement has always been to support the community of the slums, to offer a helping hand to the new arrivals, and support the honest and genuine desire for humane treatment in the light of the Universal Union. The mission of those who run the shelter is perilous, surrounded by what society has deemed as undesirables, and reliant upon staying seen as genuine to the oppressive demands of the 'protectors', all members of the shelter strive to provide a calm, peaceful place amongst the storm around us.

For anyone who wishes to know the group is disbanded. Although I think the shelter itself still exists.
