I would love to see some sort of compass for NON-CIVIL PROTECTION!
Meaning, a item when equipped allows the HUD from the Compass to appear.

Exists already.
Makes already... little sense to have one considering we are in a city but the suggestion implies making a compass item which already exists so I'll be moving this to denied.
