To the Civil Protection Faction leads,
I am submitting a complaint over an incident that happened on the night of August 6th, 2021. The reason I am submitting this complaint is for the following reasons; the strikes are overly unnecessary and that this incident has tarnished a application for myself on an outlandish claim that I do not care about the faction.
The background of the incident:
My PT and I were responding to a BOL of a 647E that has been distributing weapons, when we arrived on scene we found the woman in the bathroom already bleeding from wounds prior to our arrival, gunshot it appeared, and was holding a knife. While we pacified the suspect, Anna Peterson I believe, another unit from down the hall had their MP7 stolen by a Citizen. A fire fight ensued, lasted around ten minutes, and two suspects were killed on the lower floor of the building that has an entrance towards the CZ. At that same location, the woman we had previously arrested lay there bleeding on the floor while another citizen who had a hand in the attack cowered in some trash bags. Qucik-0 ordered the witness sterilization, so I shot and killed the woman that was bleeding on the floor already taged a 647E. Right after, Quick-0 told me to follow him which I did, carrying the body of the woman I killed and leaving the other unit with the third assailant. At CP-2 we arrived, I was told I was receiving two strikes for not amputating the woman in the nexus.
Why am I filing this complaint:
First of all, this is extremely silly. We had just killed two anti-citizens, one officer was injured I believe, in the same room not around twenty seconds the time I killed the woman. Everyone just heard a hail of gunfire from pistols and machine guns, what is one more shot going to matter. This happened in a secluded area behind a bio-locked door with no citizens around, except for the one assailant left alive. The woman was lying on the ground, already dying from blood loss. You can check logs to show that she Icly preformed that she was bleeding. No Helix was on to treat her, and why would they treat a 647E.
I am the only person in that whole incident to get strike'd, mind you two strikes. The officer who had their MP7 stolen did not receive a strike, even though that dramatically outweighs my incident. I am the only person to Icly remove the body(s), the one that I killed. Every other officer left the dead men laying there Icly from what I can tell, destroying the corpses items however. And to my knowledge, Q-0 let the other man go. He had a hand in the 243, from what was reported and just saw three people get killed. That also outweighs what I did. So, why am I being punished for something so fractionally small in comparison to the entirety of the incident?
I can take a strike, fine. But even that I think is bullshit. Saying that, this is an IC matter and why would this effect my RL Application? It's not like this unit will be the Rank Leader character I would be playing, that would be terrible in internal politics of the CP faction.

I implore you to read the logs, and to prove that what I am saying is right. The woman actioned that she was bleeding, I even saw blood of the apartment walls down the hall from her room. She was lying on the ground when I shot her, it was right after the incident. I am the only one that removed the body(s) to my knowledge, at least the person that I killed. And the unit that had their weapon stolen did not receive any punishment to my knowledge.
The fact that I have people fighting for me on discord and are supporting me should be the proof you need to show that I am a serious faction member, and I am honestly taken aback at the accusation of not.... As to how I format my applications, that is my personality. I am not going to make a resume for an RL position I am going to highlight my strengths and ideas in a fun and exciting way rather than droning on with test, like I am now.
This won't be a fun read, but I am serious in my stance in this community and wish for it to be looked into.
