Why do you want them to be banned?: I don't want them to be banned, I want them to know what they did was rude. And honestly, made me really uncomfortable to participate in the rest of the workshift due to their behavior. What they did got on my nerves, and I couldn't bring myself with interacting with someone that was treating me in a hateful way. And as someone who was just jumping on the server after a couple of months being inactive, this kind of thing from the general playerbase heavily discourages me.
How long do you think they should be banned for?: I want them to have a warning.

It is Xavier, Ryuma, and Reinhardt that are being hateful here.
...and yes. For the sake of transparency, I did say that at the end. I know it wasn't right to say, but I lost my cool. I don't know what to say. I did however, leave the situation as fast as possible.
Names of witnesses that can provide extra feedback on this case?: Everyone that was at the workshift. I am sure you can fetch the player's names using their character's names, but this is all I have to go off on of the incident.
